Five Steps to get a 5-Star Body

1. Sleeping is essential. Try to sleep 7-9 hours each night. This is because having enough sleep can help you lose weight. In a study of more than 68,000 women, those who slept seven hours a night weighed 5.5 pounds less than women who slept five hours or less. Sufficient sleep encourages your body to make more of the fullness hormone leptin and less of the hunger hormone ghrelin, so you will not be as hungry. Besides that, snoozing can also curb anxiety and depression, both of which can lead to emotional eating.

2. Exercising can also help you lose weight. Moreover, it can also curb cravings, help you live longer, reduce stress and undo some of the damage of eating fatty foods. Therefore, try exercising for 30 minutes a day.

3. Eat right but don’t need to count the calories. So, try having yogurt with berries rather than a muffin at breakfast, have a salad with tofu for lunch and choose salmon over steak at dinner, then skip the ice cream late at night. In this way, you can eat healthy and have delicious, filling and satisfying meals.

4. Stretching can help you increase your overall range of motion, therefore making exercise seem less difficult. So, try doing yoga or pilates and let your muscles stretch.

5. Talking yourself up carries over to other areas of your life. Not only will you feel more confident, but research shows you will also get sick about 30 percent less frequently, stave off emotional eating and reduce your cancer risk.

Easy way to handle stress

1.TALK! Don't hold all your feelings within! Discuss your stressful feelings with someone you trust.
2.DON'T OVERWHELM YOURSELF!Rid yourself of extra duties that aren't necessary or important. Learn how to delegate and how to say "no" without feeling guilty. Ask for help if you need it.
3.SOCIALIZE: Spend time with family and friends for love and support. Don't be afraid to enjoy yourself!
4.ACT!Try to change the stressful situation, or at least some part of it. Moving forward in small ways helps you feel empowered and in control.
5.LEARN HOW TO BE HAPPY! Focus on the good things about yourself, and in your life. Nobody's perfect. Learn to enjoy the "little things" that make you happy.

one of my favourite song

Today I want to write about one of my favorite song. This song is called "You Are Not Alone" by Michel Jackson.
I like this song very much because it make me feel happy and make me feel that someone out there was thinking of me. In this song, it show how awful is a life without someone we love. We will fell so lonely and sad. But in this song also, it say that " you are not alone, for i am here with you". So, more or less, we will feel better. Here, I write You Are Not Alone lyric.

  1. eat for pleasure and good health, not for weight loss
  2. start the day with oats and you won’t be hungry for hours
  3. eat more fish,chicken,vegetables and salads and less red meat, pasta and potatoes.
  4. use a plastics squeezy bottle for olive oil and sauces
  5. use yogurt instead of cream
  6. snack on fruit and nuts instead of chocolate and crisps
  7. steam instead of grill, grill instead of roast, roast instead of fry, shallow- fry instead of deep- fry.
  8. eat carbs like pasta and potatoes for lunch instead of in evening
  9. Drink better, drink less and drink only with the evening meal.
  10. if you really want something, enjoy it without guilt, then lighten up the next day.

Many of us take supplements, but we’re not always doing it right. According to a US study, people with high cholesterol, for example, were much likely to take vitamin E than those without the disease. Yet this nutrient hasn’t been proved to reduce cholesterol ; it may even interfere with other treatment.

On the other hand, women how suffer a fracture due to osteoporosis aren’t any more likely to take calcium supplements than healthy women, even though much research shows calcium helps.

I want to share a story that I have read before.This story is about a teenage couple who are fall in love but their relations are not last longer.This story begins when the girl get his bargain to continue his study at the oversea.The girl was so happy but his couple didn't let her go.The girl has made her own decision and finally she fly to Indonesia and take medicine course.Before she fly,she already promise to the guy that she will alway love the guy and her love only for the guy.The guy was so upset.

6 YEARS LATER.......

The girl already finished her study and back to Malaysia.She so excited want to meet his beloved person.The girl become a doctor while the guy become an engineering after finished his study in master...Both of them become a successful person.
One day,when the girl on the way to the hospital,suddenly she saw that the guy with other girl and the baby..They are so close like husband and wife but the girl just think positive about it.Then the girl try to contact the guy and suddenly she hears the girl voice.She asking to talk with the guy and the girl said that his husband forget to bring the handphone along.She so frustated because she already realized that her love for the guy was doesn't meaning for the guy anymore.She still remember that the guy are willing and waiting for the girl until the girl finished her study but it is only a liar word.She so upset and try to forget all the sweet memory with the guy.It is so hard to forget her first in love...After the guy leave her,the girl never believe to fall in love anymore because she still love the guy....

This is a true story about the girl love..So,never to fall in love if you are weak to face it..
